The below terms and conditions apply to the competition being conducted at BIODERMA's Sensibio H2O Swap Event in Melbourne Central Shopping Centre (VIC), Macquarie Centre Shopping Centre (NSW), and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (QLD) between June 11, 2026 and June 13, 2026.
The promoter is NAOS Australia Pty Ltd, located at 22 Gordon St, Cremorne, Victoria, 3121, Australia.
The competition begins on June 11, 2026 and ends on June 13, 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must scan the QR code at one of the Sensibio H2O Swap Activation locations and complete the form during the competition period.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Any attempt to enter multiple times may result in disqualification.
PRIZE
One winner per state (1x Victoria, 1x New South Wales, 1x Queensland) will receive:
1x BIODERMA prize pack valued at RRP $500 sent to a nominated postal address.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be made except at the promoter’s discretion.
PRIZE DRAW
The winners will be selected on June 15, 2026 by random draw. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified via the email entered in the competition form, from bioderma@au.naos.com, within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
PRIVACY
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with NAOS Australia's Privacy Policy. It will not be shared with third parties.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, contains inappropriate content, or violates these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.
